UPDA Events

Types of Events

The UPDA holds professional development, social, and other advocacy events to support and promote postdoc engagement at the university.

For professional development events, we organize faculty/staff panelists to discuss the processes of academic and industry job hirings, interviews and negotiations, as well as website design, CV/Resume workshops, etc.  

For social events, we organize hikes, picnics, BBQs, snowshoeing, brewery visits, etc., depending on the season.
