Hiking After Work: Red Butte Canyon Rd

Given the weather forecast and how muddy the trail was, the hike was canceled.

5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Near Red Butte Gardens

Bring your family and join our fellow postdocs for a light hike after work! We are going to hike Red Butte Canyon Rd. We are starting all together and going one hour up, one hour down. Everybody is going at its own pace and is free to go as far as they want.

Information on the hike:

• It is an easy, family-friendly hike. Dogs on leash are allowed on the trail.
• You should bring sun block, a hat, insect deterrent, water and some snacks.
• We will meet at the yellow gate in the trail head parking
