Postdoc Appreciation Week Keynote Speaker: Dr. Sean Sanders

"Where do I go from here? Paving your path to career success."

Career paths for Ph.D. graduates are often seen as both straight and narrow, especially for the academic track. But it doesn't have to be that way. There are many fulfilling careers inside and outside academia. But how do you find them? The first step is asking yourself what you want and where you want to go in life. Only then can you figure out how to get there. I hope to share with you some questions that will be helpful in finding your path, as well as resources that you can use to get on that path and stay the course.
